What if someone else refers the same person?

The first referral received is the one that counts.

Can professionals like lawyers, realtors, or accountants refer their clients?

Yes! If you’re a professional with clients who could benefit from mortgage advice or financing support, you can absolutely refer them through our program. They’ll get the same personalized care as any client, and you’ll still qualify for the referral rewards.

Do professional referrals count the same way as client-to-client referrals?

Yes — they’re treated the same. As long as the referral is a new client to AA Lendings and they go through pre-approval and funding, the reward milestones ($100 + $300) apply.
